Making Christmas cards and gift tags is easy and so much fun to do. Just follow these easy step-by-step instructions below and see what creations you can make.
Method for making Greeting Card With Christmas Tree
For this Christmas card I used green card-stock paper. I cut a
card measuring 8 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches ( 21.6cm x 14cm). Folded in half this
measures 4 1/4 inches by 5 1/2inches (10.8cm x 14cm)
I printed a Christmas tree and "Christmas greetings" off my computer. I cut them out, and bought some Christmas stickers.
I arranged everything and glued the design to the front of the card.
How to Make a Christmas Gift Tag
This Christmas gift tag can be used with the card above, as a set, or
used on its own, the choice is yours. You
can write your "season's greetings" on the front or on the back.
I made this gift tag from left over green card-stock paper. This measures 3 1/2 inches by 3 inches (8.9cm x 7.6cm).
I printed a red and green design and a seasonal message with "To" and "From" on some white paper.
I cut the white paper 1/4 inch ((0.6cm) smaller than the green card.
I glued the two pieces together. I made a hole with a hole puncher in one corner and tied some decorative ribbon through the hole.

How to Make an Envelope
I like to make envelopes that match my cards -- after all,
they are part of the card and it's also a gift. The envelope is the first thing people see so why not make it fancy.
I used green patterned paper to make this envelope.
It's important to make the address visible on your envelopes, (If your sending it by post) so write
the address on a piece of white paper which peels and sticks.
